Our Story
Riviera Ledger Group was founded to empower businesses with financial clarity by providing accurate and reliable bookkeeping and fractional CFO services. We strive to be the trusted partner that enables our clients to focus on their core operations while we manage their financial records with precision and integrity. Our aim is to apply insights from past experiences to provide tailored solutions, fostering growth and success within the dymanic landscape of main street businesses.

Prior to founding Riviera Ledger Group, Moises worked for one of the largest investment banks on Wall Street, providing M&A advisory services and closing on transactions with an aggregate value of over $5 billion.

Moises lives in Houston with his wife Stephanie and their dog Milo. He is an avid runner and enjoys learning something new everyday. Moises holds a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Houston and an MBA from Indiana University.
Silvio brings over 15 years of experience across public accounting, investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. Before joining Riviera Ledger Group, he held roles at Barclays, Customers Bank, and Ernst & Young, where he gained deep expertise in M&A, due diligence, tax, audit and financial reporting.

Silvio is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his MBA in Finance and Corporate Innovation from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He also holds a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.

Based in New York, Silvio is dedicated to his family and community. He volunteers as a youth basketball coach and serves as a project manager for local nonprofit initiatives, reflecting his commitment to leadership both professionally and personally.
